SUZANNE GUTIERREZ - PHOTOGRAPHER
 Suzanne Gutierrez, the daughter of a Cuban father and an Italian-American mother, credits her diverse background – including travels around the world and a stint in the fashion industry – with inspiring her composition and use of color and texture in her photographs.
Much of her work focuses on Cuba, where her paternal grandmother lives. She also has images from Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, San Francisco and New York, among other places.
A native of the East coast, she is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. She has done post graduate studies in photography.
Suzanne has also lived and worked in San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and Sydney. She now resides in Bend, Oregon with her husband Lloyd Fassett, and their children Bella, Jack, Emilio and Sam.
